Nadja Niedenthal is a graphic designer and a social media manager based in Basel, Switzerland.
Born in Indonesia to an Indonesian mother and German father, and later growing up with an American step father and siblings, Nadja is a no stranger to a harmonious exchange in language, culture and art. Growing up, museums and textile stores are her Disneyland. The intricate paintings with extensive histories behind them, the million-years old fossils, the well-preserved books excites her more than anything else (other than coffee and dogs). This sparks her interest in learning more about history and art which leads to her pursuing her bachelor degree in Visual Communication Design and Multimedia at the Binus Northumbria School of Design, Jakarta - Indonesia and after that, 3 years after she migrated to Switzerland she joined the Masterstudio Experimental Design class and obtained her master degree in 2023.
Among many, she has worked in multiple different departments and position such as: Intern graphic designer at Transcorp Event Production in 2012, Main designer and social media manager at Lalang Beach House, Intern archive photographer and Intern Event Coordinator for Doing Fashion department at FHNW Basel, and graphic and visual designer for a Swiss-based fashion designer, Jacqueline Loekito.
